Welcome to the Traditional Chinese Tea Tasting Experience

Our 45-minute guided tea tasting session offers a unique opportunity to explore the depth and elegance of traditional Chinese tea culture. Each session includes tasting three premium teas, carefully selected for their quality and character:
- 2017 Aged White Tea - our signature tea with a smooth, mellow profile
- Jasmine Dragon Pearl - delicately hand-rolled with a fragrant floral aroma
- Biluochun (Ming Qian Tea) - an exceptional early-harvest green tea, known for its freshness and complexity
During the session, our experienced tea instructor will guide you through:
- Traditional Chinese brewing techniques
- The distinct methods required for different tea types
- How to preserve and enhance the natural aroma and flavour of each tea
