THE FEATURED OWNER: ALEX OLIVER
Alex Oliver is the CEO of Oliver Properties, a vertically integrated developer, owner, operator, and property manager of value-add multifamily, mixed-use, and retail assets in St. Louis. Over 15+ years, he grew from personal investments and self-managed rentals into a firm that has acquired 20+ properties across the Central West End, DeBaliviere, the Delmar Loop area, and South City.
Today his focus is downtown, where Oliver Properties owns 650+ residential units and 150,000 SF of commercial space on Washington Avenue — including Six Cord, Vangard Lofts, and the new Wash Ave Food Hall. His strategy: buy multiple buildings on the same block so he can curate the retail and hospitality that serve residents and help revitalize downtown.
