About this Event

Get ready to kickstart your fitness journey and transform your life this year! Our 26-week programme is designed for women new or returning to exercise, or looking for a more comfortable space to train. We combine weight training and wellness practices to help you build strength, improve cardiovascular health, and boost overall wellbeing.

Throughout the course, you'll learn the fundamentals of weight training using machine weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, and bodyweight exercises. Our expert instructors will support you in mastering proper form and technique, empowering you to exercise independently and safely. You’ll not only build muscle but also understand how strength training can improve your body’s systems, including cardiovascular health, bone density, and overall vitality.

In addition to strength training, we’ll explore the importance of sleep hygiene, proper nutrition, and mental well-being. You’ll learn how to fuel your body for optimal performance, enhance recovery through better sleep, and manage stress effectively. Our holistic approach ensures you’re building healthy habits that support both your physical and mental health.

Together, we create meaningful opportunities for women to build strength, both physically and mentally, while contributing to a healthier and more connected community.
This course is put on by STUK CIC a charitable wellness company for women. Funded by Hackney and supported by local partners. It's completely free!
