About this Event

Ironmongers' Hall - Open Hall

One of the City’s historic treasures, Ironmongers’ Hall celebrated its centenary in 2025. This Grade II-listed masterpiece stands as the only Livery hall built between the wars. From its richly carved woodwork and stained glass by Reginald Bell to the ironwork of Bainbridge Reynolds, every corner reflects exceptional craftsmanship.

We are opening our doors to foster a renewed sense of belonging—welcoming local residents and visitors to connect with the Hall and City. A time when belonging is under pressure, we aim to break down barriers, share our heritage, and create a space where community, history, and participation come together.

A 'Self-Guided' Tour once onsite with Members available throughout the Hall to discuss the Company artefacts or there will also be small 'Guided' Tours running at either 12.30pm (extremely limited spaces left) OR 2pm.
