About this Event

Day 3 of Our 3-Day Event: Men’s Health, Real Talk & Community

More support. Straight talk. Good food. Music. Brotherhood. And a touch of 90s nostalgia.

Join Lupus Hub CIC for Day 3 of Live Well Regardless — a powerful event focused on men living with chronic health conditions and the realities that come with them.

Held at the Chestnuts Community Centre, 280 St Ann’s Rd, N15 5BN, this session creates a relaxed, supportive space where men can speak openly, connect honestly, and hear from others with real lived experience.

The day includes:

  • A short film screening and panel discussion
  • Facilitators who understand men’s health challenges and perspectives
  • Open conversations around physical health, mental wellbeing, stress, identity, and resilience
  • Opportunities to network, share stories, and build genuine connections

Living with lupus, autoimmune conditions, cancer, sickle cell, diabetes, hypertension, or other long-term illnesses can take a serious toll — physically, mentally, financially, and emotionally. Too many men carry that pressure in silence.

Live Well Regardless is about changing that.

Across the three-day event, attendees will have access to:

  • Practical financial advice during the cost-of-living crisis
  • Health talks from professionals and advocates
  • Wellbeing sessions focused on strength, balance, and self-care
  • Community organisations and support services
  • Inspirational speakers, film screenings, and honest discussions
  • Real networking with people who understand the journey

And it’s not all heavy conversations — expect great food, good music, interactive games, and a Back 2 tha 90’s vibe bringing energy, humour, and connection throughout the event.

Whether you’re managing a condition yourself, supporting family or friends, or working within the community, this is a chance to reset, reconnect, and take away practical tools to help you move forward stronger.

Spaces are limited. Register now and be part of a supportive space where men can connect, learn, and live well — regardless.
