Be among the first to experience Toi Marsden, and the first to purchase from this exciting new curated exhibition of contemporary art from across Aotearoa New Zealand.The Toi Marsden Gala Evening offers guests the first opportunity to explore the exhibition, discover work from an exciting mix of established and emerging artists, and purchase artworks before the exhibition opens to the public for the weekend.
Enjoy a special evening of art, food, wine and connection at Samuel Marsden Collegiate School in Karori, as we celebrate the opening of the inaugural Toi Marsden.
The exhibition will also feature a special collection of work by Marsden’s 2026 Artist in Residence, Fleur Wickes.
Toi Marsden will then open to the public across the weekend:
Saturday 31 October
10.00am–4.00pm
Sunday 1 November
10.00am–2.00pm
Public exhibition entry is by koha, with all entry donations going to Dwell Housing Trust.
Toi Marsden is presented by the Marsden Parents & Friends’ Group, with funds raised supporting Marsden’s long-standing Artist in Residence programme.
