A playful next step for graduates of Mom and Baby Yoga and little ones who are on the move! Designed for approximately ages 1–3, this relaxed class offers space for toddlers and their grown-ups to explore movement, simple yoga, connection and a little calm—at their own pace.Toward the end of class, we’ll make a little space for Mom, too, with a few feel-good poses, gentle stretching and an opportunity to slow down and reset the nervous system while little ones stay close.
Wiggles, wandering and toddler unpredictability are always welcome. 🤍
Please bring a mat and water.
