Guided tours offered at 2pm and 3pm starting in Suite 100!
Suite 100: Hart Hub—a partnership between St. Michaels’ Homes, South Riverdale CHC, and TNGCS
Suite 203: PAID: Partners for Access and Identification and EPIC: Eviction Prevention in Community (EPIC)
Suite 301: Independent Living for Seniors” (this includes Case Management, SALC (Seniors’ Active Living Centres), ADP (Adult Day Programs), MOW (Meals on Wheels) and Transportation
Suite 302: Supportive Housing and Home Care for Seniors (which includes PSW services, Homemaking, and Case Management)
Suite 307: Follow-up Supports, Safe Seniors, and ER Peers at Michael Garron Hospital
