Midwestern rock and soul icon Tina Schlieske is coming home to celebrate a monumental milestone: her sixtieth birthday. Also, she’s doing it the only way she knows how. Here, she’ll be on stage, with raw power, timeless elegance, and a fierce, diamond-sharp brilliance that has only grown stronger with time. For four decades, Tina has captivated the Twin Cities as the powerhouse front person of Tina and the B-Sides. There, she threw down high-octane rock, gritty blues, and earth-shaking soul. But like a finely cut diamond, her talent has many facets. Here, she’s fresh off her stunning jazz evolution and the release of her acclaimed album, 2024’s The Good Life. Further, Tina returns to the Dakota stage to map out her incredible musical journey.
Moreover, these shows will traverse her deep catalog. Here, she seamlessly moves from the raucous rock-and-roll anthems that built her legacy to the sultry, late-night swing and torch standards of her modern jazz era. Then, Tina will share the songs, the stories, and the defiant spirit of a true hometown legend turning sixty. Backed by an incredible ensemble of musicians, experience an iconic vocalist at the absolute peak of her powers.
Don’t miss this unforgettable night of celebration, reflection, and peerless live music.
