This class is Melbourne’s longest running weekly 5Rhythms class. A dynamic class offering a Warm up, welcome and teaching theme followed by a longer, deeper guided 5Rhythms Wave.Both beginners and experienced dancers are welcome.
Doors open at 7:30pm with arrival music: Class runs until 9:30pm.
