Wednesday 29 April — When Thrice finish at the Powerstation, Ding Dong Lounge carries the torch.Post-hardcore pioneers Thrice return to Auckland with Horizons/West, and when the final chorus echoes out, the afterparty begins. Just a short rideshare or bus downtown, Ding Dong Lounge is your next stop.
For the fans who’ve lived through The Artist in the Ambulance, Vheissu, Beggars, and Horizons/East—this is your second wind. A night for those who’ve screamed through the breakdowns, sat with the lyrics, and found meaning in the noise.
Our DJs will be spinning post-hardcore, emo, and alternative anthems from the late ’90s through now. Expect catharsis, community, and the songs that got you through it.
