This recurring series brings members and emerging professionals together to hear directly from established practitioners about the realities of building a design practice — from early career decisions to leadership, growth, and long-term impact.

This installment will feature Gregory Switzer, AIA, NOMA, NCARB, Founder and Principal of Gregory Switzer Architecture, PC., whose experience reflect a sustained commitment to design excellence, practice management, and professional advocacy.
