Every Thursday evening, Wild IS Earth opens its shutters and transforms into a candlelit microbrewery bar — kombucha cocktails flowing, soft beats drifting, people gathering and ideas sparking.
Thirsty Thursdays invite you into a slower, wilder version of London life. A space to decompress, sip something alive, and reconnect with yourself and others. From kombucha on tap (a rare living draught experience) to seasonal cocktails made with wild botanicals, everything you drink is brewed or crafted with intention inside the microbrewery.
Whether you’re coming with friends, a work crew, a date, or wandering in solo, this is a night that settles you. No rush, no noise — just warmth, flavour, creativity and a sense of community.
If you feel inspired, take the step stool: read a poem, tap a rhythm on the cajón, share a thought, or offer something playful. Expression is welcome, never forced — we hold a gentle space with respect and curiosity.
