About this Event
Third Eye Sundays — Ājñā Chakra Yoga
Third Eye Sundays is a contemplative 90-minute practice inspired by Ājñā, the Third Eye Chakra—traditionally associated with perception, intuition, concentration and the ability to see beyond our habitual patterns.
Through Classical Haṭha Yoga, prāṇāyāma, meditation and focused awareness practices, this class gradually moves from physical movement toward greater inner stillness.
Sunday offers a natural moment to reflect, reset and create clarity before entering a new week. Rather than constantly searching outward for answers, the practice encourages us to observe more carefully what is happening within.
The class may include:
- Classical Haṭha Yoga āsanas
- Balancing and concentration-based postures
- Ājñā-focused prāṇāyāma
- Trāṭaka or focused-gaze meditation
- Guided meditation and visualization
- Mantra and periods of silence
- Deep relaxation and reflection
The Third Eye is not about predicting the future or developing supernatural abilities. It is about seeing more clearly—our thoughts, reactions, patterns and the reality in front of us.
A quieter mind can perceive what a distracted mind often misses.
No previous yoga or meditation experience is required. All levels are welcome.
Join us every Sunday to move inward, sharpen your awareness and begin the coming week with greater clarity.
