About this Event
Spotlight the core muscles – including the abs, glutes & more with this total body conditioning class. Using innovative body weight exercises, you’ll grow the muscles that make you strong, keep you safe, support your posture and balance, and prepare you for movements of everyday life!
Know Before You Go:
- Parking: FREE Parking is available on the north side of Blvd of the Arts, and in the parking lots in front of the Van Wezel and in front of the Municipal Auditorium, Art Center and Blue Pagoda. Please avoid parking in designated Sarasota Orchestra parking areas and along the south side of Blvd of the Arts.
- The western edges of the parking lot just north of the Van Wezel and the Centennial Park parking lot are CLOSED to create a resilient shoreline.
- Pets: Well-behaved, non-aggressive pets are welcome and must remain on a leash at all times. Pet owners are asked to pick up after their pets. For events held indoors, only service dogs are permitted.
- Safety: Please report any safety concerns to the Sarasota Police Department Non-Emergency Line, available 24 hours a day, at (941) 316-1199.
