When was the last time you created something without needing it to be good?Welcome to The Wild Creative, a women's experiential art and embodiment workshop exploring how expression moves through the body.
This is an invitation to step away from the pressure to perform, get everything right or make something worthy of approval.
Instead, we’ll make space to breathe, move, reflect and create.

✨ Intention setting with cacao
✨ Reflective journaling and creative prompts
✨ Gentle flow yoga
