On Saturday, October 17 at 2 PM, join Rock & Rye owner and whisk(e)y and beer expert Don Marsh for a guided tasting of beer & cheese and whiskey & chocolate.
You’ll experience four beer pours, each paired with a cheese, plus four whiskey pours and a variety of chocolates to taste alongside them. Take a sip, try a bite, then taste again. Don will walk you through how the flavors play off one another, what makes a pairing work, and how the right bite can reveal something you might have missed in the glass alone.
It’s part tasting, part conversation, and a chance to ask questions, try new combinations, and discover a few favorites along the way.
