Facilitated by choreographer Elana Goodman, this session invites you to explore imagination and somatic movement in a way that encourages playfulness, curiosity, and childlike wonder.
Whether you are looking to tap into your creative side, move your body gently, or connect with a community of parents and carers, this session offers a judgment-free space to embrace play and have fun.
Children of all ages are warmly welcomed, making it a truly family-friendly experience!
