About this Event
Our annual holiday party is our biggest fundraising event and social gathering of the year, bringing together urbanists from across the region to celebrate The Urbanist's work and advocacy wins. Join us on Friday, December 4th at The Collective in South Lake Union for an evening of community, connection, and building momentum heading into 2026. Your ticket supports The Urbanist’s independent reporting and advocacy for a more equitable, sustainable Seattle.
Enjoy great company, local art, festive drinks, and hearty appetizers while mingling with elected officials, advocates, and fellow urbanists. The Collective offers a welcoming lounge space, nooks for smaller conversations, hammocks, and even a small bouldering wall for those seeking a little physical activity.
Pre-reception doors open at 6 PM; Main Event doors open at 7 PM.
The Pre-reception includes conversation with Urbanist reporter Ryan Packer, and To Be Announced Urbanist-endorsed elected officials
VIP tickets include access to the general admission portion of the event.
General Admission includes heavy appetizers and drinks, and runs from 7 pm to 9:30 pm. Our general speaking program will begin at 7:30 pm, with Urbanist publisher Doug Trumm, Mayor Katie Wilson, and more To Be Announced.
