Each workshop will weave together guided discussion and reflection with breathwork, somatic exploration, meditation, and beginner-friendly Group Awareness Exercise.
We’ll explore some of the questions at the heart of Singer’s work. What happens when we begin noticing the voice in our head rather than automatically following it? What causes us to open or close? How do we meet discomfort without immediately tightening around it? What might become possible when we loosen some of the inner walls we’ve learned to live behind?
There is no need to arrive with answers.
