For one special evening, Jack Howard and Vivian Zandkuijl will join us at The Yoga Sanctuary for an intimate experience weaving together ceremonial cacao, Lucia Light, sound, touch, movement, and stillness.
This two-hour ceremony is an invitation into resonance: A sacred space to slow down, listen inward, connect with your body and senses, and discover new pathways into presence.
With 12 spaces available, the evening will be held as a small, intentional circle with room to receive the experience in your own way.
The ceremony brings together practices and teachings Jack and Vivian have gathered through years of exploration, training, and work in different parts of the world.
Ceremonial cacao opens the evening and creates a warm, grounded beginning. From there, Lucia Light, sound, embodied practices, movement, touch, and periods of stillness are woven together into an immersive sensory experience.
Rather than following a single method, the evening offers different doorways into awareness and connection: With your body, your senses, your inner landscape, and the present moment.
There is space to explore. Space to receive. Space to listen.
And perhaps most importantly, space to experience what becomes available when we give ourselves time to be fully here.
