Welcome to the Tomte Holiday Market at the Swedish Club!
At the Tomte Holiday Market, guests are immersed in the sights, sounds, and flavors of a Swedish holiday celebration. Featuring over 20 local artisans, Nordic foods, traditional music and dance, and a warm community spirit, the market offers a joyful blend of culture and cheer. It’s an inclusive, multicultural event that celebrates Swedish and Nordic heritage through handmade art, festive entertainment, and tradition.
ONLY Saturday, November 7 : Don’t miss a visit with our LIVE REINDEER on site—stop by and say hello to these magical holiday guests! In Sweden, reindeer have been herded by the Indigenous Sámi people for centuries in the far north, playing a vital role in their culture and daily life. Their presence adds a special touch of Nordic history and wonder to the festivities.
Admission: Pay What You Can — We suggest a $5 donation at the door. Everyone is welcome, because sharing culture shouldn’t come at a cost. Your contribution supports the Swedish Club’s cultural programs and keeps them thriving for the whole community.

Tomte Tidings brings together the joyful sounds of Nordic choirs, the irresistible aroma of our famous Swedish meatballs, and the charm of artisan shopping—all in one cozy, holiday-filled celebration. Browse handcrafted Nordic goods, sip warm glögg, enjoy sweet holiday treats, and savor a delicious meatball meal served all day.
With live performances, festive flavors, and a welcoming community atmosphere, this is your perfect kickoff to the holiday season!
