Respect Our Team
Yelling, screaming, threats, insults, or abusive behavior toward our employees or other guests will not be tolerated. Guests who behave this way will be required to leave the restaurant. If you have a concern about your food or experience, please ask to speak with a manager so we can address it respectfully.

Please carefully review the event description, menu, and ticket inclusions before purchasing. The food served will be the menu advertised for that event.
Reunion BBQ is a barbecue restaurant, and most of our meats are smoked. A smoky flavor and a pink smoke ring can be normal characteristics of smoked barbecue. Please ask our team about ingredients, dietary needs, or preparation before ordering.
Ticket Refunds & Exchanges
All ticket sales are final, except where a refund is required by applicable law or the booking platform’s policies. Personal preferences about the advertised menu do not qualify for a refund.
You may request to exchange your ticket for a future Reunion BBQ event. Exchanges require management approval, are subject to availability, and must be coordinated through your original booking platform—Eventbrite or OpenTable. An exchange is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation.
