A new run and walk club. Move Together. Connect. Recharge
Whether you're running the WOD trail or walking the perimeter of Reston Town Center, every pace belongs.
Running and walking provide both physical and mental benefits, such as stronger heart health and improved mental well-being.
Participants will meet in front of lululemon Reston Town Center for a quick check-in and dynamic warm-up.
The run/walk will start at 6 PM. Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to check in and properly stretch.
