On 10 Oct , we are holding a special Sound Bath. One that is dedicated to something bigger than our own wellbeing.
It is for HCSA Dayspring, an organisation in Singapore supporting teenage girls who have experienced complex trauma from abuse and neglect.
These are young lives that deserve safety, support and the opportunity to imagine a different future. HCSA Dayspring provides a therapeutic environment where they can begin that journey — healing, rebuilding trust and finding hope again. (HCSA)
We wanted to create a space where our own moment of rest can become an act of giving.
You’ll experience a deeply restorative sound bath with crystal and Tibetan singing bowls — a space to slow down, breathe and simply receive.
And in return, your participation will help support the work of HCSA Dayspring.
100% of the proceeds from this session will be donated to HCSA Dayspring.
