Sound Meditation (often known as ‘sound healing’) is the practice of listening to soothing sounds to reach profound states of clarity and relaxation. It opens up deep meditative states that are usually unreachable without considerable effort.
During the event, participants (mostly laying down) are bathed head to toe in sound— it's a very hypnotic, ethereal experience.
You will come away with a clear mind, and a deeper appreciation for the wonder of sound. We strongly recommend this event for people who have trouble meditating, or feel like they just "can't get there." Give this a try .
Sound Meditation Presents promotes the practice of using sound as a way to affect physical health and conscious awareness. Want to know about future events?

Deeply grateful to Abbey Arts for your support in creating this experience!
The evening will weave together ancient & modern instruments to create a truly one-of-a-kind experience.

Our sound bath starts at 5:30pm, but all guests are asked to arrive at 5pm if possible. Doors will close promptly at 5:30pm.
For the 8pm show:
Our sound bath starts at 8pm, but all guests are asked to arrive by 7:30pm if possible. Doors will close promptly at 8pm.

Our events do get full, and we do encourage people to get close to one another. That being said, you're always free to claim more personal space
