As the evenings get darker and the pace of the year begins to shift, Life Is Sound returns to Stretford Public Hall for the first of our autumn and winter sound baths.
There’s something special about these sessions. A warm room, a community coming together, and 90 minutes to lie back, completely switch off and leave the outside world at the door.
The Life Is Sound Experience ✨
Guided by James, this 90-minute session will feature an immersive soundscape using crystal bowls, handpans, drums, and chimes. The cathedral has been carefully chosen for its remarkable acoustics, allowing the sound to resonate through every arch and create an atmosphere of profound stillness. Whether you're new to sound baths or have attended before, this session will help you release stress, rejuvenate your body, and find a deep sense of inner calm.
