Slow down, soften, and come back to yourself under the luminous glow of the harvest moon.
This luxuriously unhurried two-hour workshop is an invitation to pause, decompress and reconnect with your body, attuning to the season both within you and around you. With the optional support of aerial hammock silks, we’ll explore an immersive blend of sensory grounding, acupoint self-massage, gentle movement, somatic unwinding, breathwork, and deep rest, all designed for nervous system regulation and restoration. You’ll have space for private reflection and optional journaling, with no pressure to write, share, or arrive at any particular insight.
We’ll close the session with a soothing sound bath received from either your floating cocoon or your cozy nest on the ground, allowing your body, mind and heart to integrate and drift into deep relaxation. You’ll leave with simple techniques and rituals to carry with you long after our session ends, creating your own soft landing whenever you need one.

Ourah blends her backgrounds in the arts and medicine to teach relaxation as a refinable skill. A fascia-forward, board-certified Chinese medicine practitioner, she weaves philosophy and research with sound and movement, empowering clients to steward their own wellness. @ouraharts
