About this Event
The Safe Circle is an in-person community wellbeing programme for mothers and female caregivers in Greenwich.
A space for you
You spend so much time caring for others. There is space for you here, too. Delivered by Inner Gold CIC, The Safe Circle welcomes women at different stages of motherhood and caring, including those with grown-up children. It is especially for women who spend much of their time supporting others and may feel stressed, overwhelmed, isolated or emotionally stretched. You do not need a mental health diagnosis to attend.
Sessions offer practical stress-management and grounding tools, gentle reflection, supportive conversation and opportunities to connect over refreshments. The approach is compassionate, trauma-aware and non-judgemental. The Safe Circle is not therapy, and there is no pressure to share personal experiences or take part in every activity. You are welcome to talk, listen, reflect or simply be present. New participants are welcome even if they have missed previous sessions, and you may bring a friend who would benefit.
