Gratitude is more than appreciating what life has given us.It is recognizing the strength we have discovered, the wisdom we have gained, the love we have cultivated, and the person we are continuing to become.
Join us for The Roots of Gratitude, an immersive Guided Chakra Balance Meditation & Sound Healing experience designed to help you reconnect with the abundance already within you.
Journey through an ancient, mystical forest to discover your own Tree of Life. As you move through the seven primary chakras, you’ll explore your foundations, creativity, resilience, self-love, authentic expression, inner wisdom, and connection to something greater.
Through guided visualization, breathwork, chakra balancing, and restorative sound healing, you’ll awaken each part of your Tree of Life and plant a symbolic golden seed representing a quality within yourself that deserves recognition.
This is a meditation for honoring how far you’ve come, grounding into who you are now, and making space for everything still unfolding.
You are not simply grateful for what life has given you. You are learning to be grateful for who you have become.
No previous meditation experience is necessary.
