THE RETURN OF TRENCH WORK

Trench Work is a powerful return to Gymbusy’s roots. Held at the iconic tracks of Crystal Palace National Sports Centre, this session revives a style of training that Gymbusy ran a very long time ago - one that is deeply engrained in our history and culture.

Originally used to build grit, resilience, and all-round athleticism, trench work was never just a workout. It was about pushing limits, moving with purpose, and training together in an environment that demands focus and effort. Now, that same energy is back.

This outdoor session blends strength, conditioning, speed, and teamwork, using the track environment to challenge both body and mind. Expect hard work, high intensity, and a strong sense of community as we bring a classic Gymbusy experience into the present day.

Trench Work isn’t new - it’s a legacy. Now , it’s making its long-awaited return.

The price of entry is £3.50 and is paid directly to the sports centre upon arrival.

By purchasing a ticket and/or participating in any Gymbusy event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following Terms & Conditions. This agreement is legally binding. Failure to read or understand these terms does not exclude you from them.

1. Participation & Assumption of Risk

I acknowledge that participation in Gymbusy events involves physical activity, which carries inherent risks including, but not limited to, injury, illness, accident, or loss.

I voluntarily choose to participate and do so entirely at my own risk.

2. Health & Fitness Declaration

I confirm that:

• I am in good physical and mental health and fit to take part.

• I am not aware of any medical, physical, or psychological condition that would prevent safe participation.

• I have sought medical advice where necessary.

• I understand I may stop or opt out of any activity at any time.

3. Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release and discharge Gymbusy Ltd, its founders, coaches, employees, contractors, volunteers, partners, venue operators, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising from my participation.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Personal injury or illness

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

• Accidents occurring during or in connection with the event

• Any circumstances outside Gymbusy’s reasonable control

Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, I agree not to hold Gymbusy liable.

4. Age Requirement

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.

• Where a participant is under the age of 18, the parent or legal guardian must purchase the ticket on their behalf.

• By purchasing a ticket for a participant under 18, the parent or legal guardian:

• confirms they have given consent for participation,

• confirms the participant is physically and mentally fit to take part,

• agrees to all Terms & Conditions and the Waiver of Liability on behalf of the participant,

• accepts full responsibility for the participant’s participation.

5. Photography & Media Consent

Gymbusy events may be filmed and photographed for promotional and marketing purposes.

By purchasing a ticket, I grant Gymbusy the irrevocable right to use images and footage in which I may appear across digital platforms, social media, and marketing materials, with no expiry.

If I do not wish to be photographed or filmed, I understand it is my responsibility to notify Gymbusy staff or the photographer on the day.

6. Email & Communications

By purchasing a ticket, I consent to being added to the Gymbusy mailing list for event updates, announcements, and promotions.

I understand I may unsubscribe at any time.

7. Tickets, Refunds & Cancellations

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Tickets cannot be exchanged for another event.

• No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, late arrival, injury, illness, or personal circumstances.

• Refunds will only be issued if Gymbusy cancels the event.

• In the event of cancellation by Gymbusy, ticket holders will be offered either:

• a full refund, or

• the option to transfer the ticket to a rescheduled date or future Gymbusy event, at Gymbusy’s discretion.

• Gymbusy reserves the right to amend event details including date, time, location, or programming where necessary.

8. Code of Conduct

I agree to behave respectfully and follow all instructions given by Gymbusy staff.

Gymbusy reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any individual whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate, without refund.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Agreement

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a Gymbusy event, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

• I voluntarily agree to them

• This agreement applies to all Gymbusy events, unless otherwise stated
