A wonderful mini retreat of yoga, massage & gentle movement provided by Reset Yoga and Massage to help you "Hit The Reset Button" as we move into Autumn.
Start your afternoon with a guided meditation, settle into YoMa (Yoga-Massage), a yin-based yoga class complimented with Swedish massage. Wrap up with a Sound Bath and glide off into your weekend.
The purpose of this afternoon retreat is to leave you feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and restored.
