The Remembering Body is a gentle, trauma-informed somatic movement class designed to help you unwind tension, reconnect with your inner rhythm, and rediscover ease. Through intuitive movement, guided breath, and grounded awareness, you’ll soften patterns of holding and return to the natural flow of your body’s wisdom.
No experience is needed — just curiosity, comfort, and a willingness to listen within.
Each week we explore movement and stillness, breath and release, sensation and flow. This class is perfect for anyone seeking to feel more embodied, balanced, and present.

✨ Drop-In: $18 per class
🌸 6-Class Pass: $90 (equivalent to $15/class)
You can purchase a single class or choose the multi-class pass to attend any six sessions at your own pace. Passes don’t need to be used consecutively — they simply make it easier (and more affordable) to commit to your own practice of remembering.
