About this Event
The Regional Curriculum Roundtable - Slough
A regional roundtable for curriculum leaders
9:00am–1:00pm
FE is going through a period of significant change, and curriculum teams are having to navigate new requirements while continuing to deliver for learners, employers and their organisations.
The Regional Curriculum Roundtable brings together local FE leaders for an informal, practical discussion about the changes affecting curriculum teams - and the challenges you're facing day to day.
This is an opportunity to step away from the usual demands of the role, share experiences with peers and explore how others are approaching the issues facing the sector.
What we'll discuss
Apprenticeship reform
What are the latest changes meaning for curriculum planning, delivery and provision? What are you preparing for, and where are there still unanswered questions?
Product qualification reform
How are changes to qualifications and the wider product landscape affecting your curriculum offer? What are you considering as you plan ahead?
Your challenges
An open discussion about the issues you're currently dealing with. Bring the challenges you're grappling with - whether that's curriculum planning, staffing, funding, delivery, learner demand or something else entirely.
Peer discussion and networking
There will be plenty of time to compare approaches, share experiences, and build connections with other curriculum leaders working through similar challenges.
We'll finish with an informal networking lunch, giving you the chance to continue the conversation with colleagues from across the region.
