About this Event
The Reading Social: Book Club Chapter Two
Hey book lovers! Join us in person for the next chapter of The Reading Social as we dive into our very first book together: Yesteryear!
Our reading for this meetup: Chapters 1–6 (through the end of Chapter 6).
Whether you're ready to share your theories, debate character decisions, or just hear what everyone else thinks, this is your chance to connect with fellow readers and see where the conversation takes us. Expect interesting discussions, different perspectives, and probably a few opinions we feel very strongly about.
We read all genres — romantasy, romance, fantasy, mystery, thrillers, classics, literary fiction, sci-fi, nonfiction, and everything in between. No genre restrictions, no literary expertise required. Just bring your curiosity and your own perspective!
We'll meet every two weeks and read our chosen book together, a section at a time. That means we can share our predictions, debate character decisions, and spiral into theories while we're still in the story.
And it's not all serious literary analysis. Expect a little trivia, fan casting, character awards, ridiculous debates, and whatever other bookish nonsense we dream up.
A little spoiler etiquette: Please don't spoil anything beyond the current assigned reading. We want everyone to experience the twists and turns as they happen!
Once you register, you'll receive an invitation to our WhatsApp community, where we'll share reading plans, meeting updates, bookish conversations, and all the details you'll need to get involved.
