The Property & Entrepreneur Cardiff Christmas Social

Because Christmas is better celebrated together… especially in property! 🎅🥂

Let's face it. Working in property or running your own business can sometimes feel like a lonely journey.

You might work for yourself, spend most of your time working independently or simply not have a team around you.

And when Christmas comes around, while everyone else is organising their office Christmas parties, you might not have one to look forward to.

Well, this year, you're invited to ours!

We're transforming this month's Property & Entrepreneur Cardiff Social into a very special CHRISTMAS EDITION! 🎄

We're heading back to one of our favourite venues, The Piano Works Cardiff, for an evening packed with festive networking, delicious festive food, fantastic LIVE music and plenty of Christmas cheer!

We've secured an exclusive space where we'll be bringing together property investors, landlords, sourcers, developers, entrepreneurs and business owners from across Cardiff and South Wales.

And we want everyone to embrace the festive spirit!

🎄 Christmas jumpers
🎅 Santa hats
👕 Festive T-shirts
🎁 Christmas ties
🎅 Or perhaps even a full Santa outfit!

Whether you're going all out or keeping it subtle, we'd love to see everyone bringing a little Christmas magic to the Cardiff property community.

We're taking everything that makes our Property & Entrepreneur Socials so popular and giving it a Christmas makeover!

We'll start the evening with structured networking in small groups, making it easy to introduce yourself, meet new faces and connect with people you might not otherwise have the opportunity to speak to.

Afterwards, we'll open things up for more relaxed networking, drinks, great conversations and some festive celebrations.

And to make the evening even better, we'll be providing some festive food for everyone to enjoy! 🎄🍽️😊

And the entertainment doesn't stop there!

Get ready for an amazing live band and talented singers who know exactly how to create a brilliant atmosphere.

This is where networking meets a proper Christmas night out!

As the evening unfolds, expect great music, plenty of laughter, flowing conversations and a room full of people enjoying the festive celebrations.

It's the perfect opportunity to reconnect with familiar faces, make new connections, strengthen relationships and reflect on everything you've accomplished throughout 2026.

Perhaps 2026 has been your best year in property. Maybe you've overcome some difficult challenges, completed your first deal, expanded your portfolio or finally taken the plunge into starting your own business.

Whatever your journey has looked like, you've earned the opportunity to celebrate.

And there's no better way to round off the year than spending an evening with people who understand the highs, lows and excitement of working in property.

No lengthy presentations. No uncomfortable sales pitches. No pressure.

Just four hours of brilliant company, Christmas celebrations, meaningful conversations, festive food, live music and an opportunity to finish the year surrounded by the Cardiff property community.

That's right, tickets are completely FREE! 🎄🥂

We're bringing the Cardiff property community together for a fantastic evening of festive celebrations, meaningful networking, live music and festive food, without the cost of a ticket!

Spaces are limited to ensure everyone enjoys a brilliant experience, so we'd recommend securing your place early.

While everyone else is organising their office Christmas parties, there's no reason you should miss out.

This is YOUR Christmas party too! 🎅🥂

So find that Christmas jumper, dust off your Santa hat and join us at The Piano Works Cardiff for a fantastic evening celebrating the festive season and everything 2026 has brought us!
