The Productivity Paradox: From Problems to Possibilities

On 30 October, business owners and leaders come together to examine the productivity challenges they face.

On 11 November, we take those conversations further. Using the challenges and opportunities identified in the first sprint, participants will work collaboratively to reframe problems, explore possibilities and identify practical approaches that could improve business performance.

The focus is not on introducing technology for its own sake. It is about understanding what businesses genuinely need, and exploring where changes to processes, people, strategies or technology, including AI, could make a meaningful difference.
