About this Event
We spend so much of our lives holding on—holding tension in our bodies, carrying stress in our minds, and moving from one thing to the next without pausing to notice what we're carrying.
The Practice of Letting Go is an invitation to slow down and create space. Through a combination of self-myofascial release, gentle nerve flossing, long-held yin postures, calming breathwork and restorative rest, we'll explore what it feels like to soften, unwind and let go of what is no longer needed, even if only for a little while.
This extended practice is designed to help ease physical tension, support mobility, calm the nervous system and encourage a deeper sense of ease and presence. There is nothing to achieve and nowhere to get to—just an opportunity to listen to your body, connect with your breath, and enjoy the simple practice of slowing down.
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
Come as you are, and leave feeling a little lighter.
