About this Event

Conscious Connected Breathwork workshop.
Breathe. Remember. Return.
With Teodora
There is a kind of intelligence that lives beneath the conscious awareness and knows exactly what you need, if only you give it space to breathe.
Breathwork is an invitation to come back into relationship with your body.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) draws on ancient breathing practices and modern therapeutic understanding. It can support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, body awareness, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
The sessions are trauma-informed, grounded, relational, and gently facilitated. Teodora is a trauma trained somatic & touch practitioner with a focus on nervous system education and regulation and trauma resolution.
Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a practice in which the inhale and exhale are joined in one continuous rhythm with no pauses. Through a gentle, connected breath, we begin to create the conditions for the body to speak, soften, move, tremble, feel, grieve, open, settle, or simply be met.
Sometimes the breath brings emotion. Sometimes it brings sensation. Sometimes it brings memories, images, clarity, grief, anger, tenderness, warmth, or deep quiet. Sometimes nothing happens at all, but afterwards you notice more space inside, more access to your body, a softer breath, a clearer no, a deeper yes, or a little more capacity to be with yourself.
All of this is welcome.
People may come to breathwork when they are moving through stress, overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, emotional heaviness, grief, life transitions, numbness, disconnection, or a sense of feeling stuck. It can also support self-trust, clarity, sleep, creativity, intuition, and a renewed sense of aliveness.
But more than anything, this work is an invitation into relationship.
With your breath.
With your body.
With the parts of you that had to leave.
With the feelings that never had enough support.
With the intelligence inside you that has always been trying to move you towards wholeness.
You do not have to force anything here.
We invite safety.
We follow the body.
We allow the breath to become a bridge back to yourself.

What to Expect
Each session begins with a grounded introduction, landing and a frame on how the session will be, how we breathe and space to set your personal intention.
From there, you'll be guided through the active breath, a continuous circular breathing practice accompanied by a music playlist of around 45-50 minutes, before moving into a deeply restful integration phase and a sharing circle.
Throughout the journey, Teodora holds a trauma-informed space, weaving in somatic awareness, voice guidance using cues, and touch with consent to support whatever wants to move through you.
You don't need previous experience. You don't need the right words.
Your body is allowed to communicate in whatever way it needs to through sensation, emotion, imagery, memory, or simple stillness. All of it is welcome.

This Practice Can Support You To:
🌿 Release emotional and energetic tension held in the body
🌿 Calm and regulate the nervous system
🌿 Access clarity, presence, and expanded self-awareness
🌿 Deepen your connection to your body and inner wisdom
🌿 Process stress, grief, anxiety, or emotions that feel stuck
What to Bring
Come dressed in comfortable, loose layers — temperature changes are common during active breathwork.
A blanket and water bottle are recommended. An eye mask and journal are a lovely addition if you have them.
