CLT Buyers and LIR SouthPark present The Pitch Room.
Every Thursday from 2 to 3 PM, real estate agents pitch their deals live to a room of active Charlotte investors. If an investor likes your deal, you leave with a buyer.
How it works:
- Pitching is first come, first served. Show up with your deal.
- Each agent presents the deal, then takes questions from the investors.
- Investors tell you on the spot which deals they want to pursue.
Bring your numbers: price, ARV, estimated repairs, and terms. Bring your listing agreement or the seller's written permission to market the property.
Who should come:
- Agents with on-market or off-market deals: flips, rentals, land, small multifamily, and new construction lots
- Investors looking for deal flow in the Charlotte metro
- Agents who want to watch first and pitch next week
Open to agents from any brokerage. Free to attend.
