Come celebrate the rebirth of the historic Percy Building with us. Built in 1912 by S.T. Percy, this beloved landmark has stood at the heart of the Northside/Stockyards for over a century — and we're honoring its past, present, and future with you by our side. The evening opens with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by a reception where you're invited to wander the building, sip something delicious, and step into its history. Explore original documents and photographs telling the story of the property, the people who shaped it, and the neighborhood that grew up around it.
Lite bites & cocktails served.
