Join us for a FREE First-Time Homebuyer Workshop in Fort Worth, TX, at the Ryan Family YMCA. This educational workshop is designed to help future homeowners better understand the homebuying process, mortgage qualification, financing options, and the steps they can begin taking now to prepare for homeownership.
You do not have to be ready to purchase today. Whether you’re hoping to buy within the next 30 days, 6 months, or even next year, come learn where you are now and what your path toward homeownership could look like.
During the workshop, we’ll discuss the homebuying process from start to finish, including credit, income, debt-to-income ratio, mortgage pre-approval, down payment and financing options, available homebuyer programs and resources, and what to expect when working with a Realtor® and mortgage lender.
