About this Event
These sessions are gently designed to invite self-connection, emotional expression, a bit of stress relief, a sense of belonging, and a soft return to creativity.
Each time we meet, we’ll explore a different simple and accessible art activity, sometimes paired with optional reflection, sharing, or conversation. There is absolutely no art experience needed—truly, none at all. The emphasis is not on making something “good” or polished, but on wandering through the creative process, following curiosity, and finding personal meaning in what unfolds along the way.
