Join Meghan Davidson, PT, DPT, PRFS, PHSC for an educational workshop on how the pelvic floor connects to the rest of the body and the role it plays in movement.
In this workshop we will cover:

-connection to the core and how to brace for movement
There will be a movement portion of the workshop that will include breathwork and working on bracing/core control in various postures.
Please wear loose fitting clothes that you feel comfortable moving in. You may also wish to bring a notebook and something to write with.
