About this Event

The Pause–Supported Workplace: Design strategies for peri- through postmenopause

The global workforce has over half a billion women aged 40-65 and a staggering 90% of them report symptoms leading to absenteeism and premature retirement.

Despite menopause’s ubiquity half the world’s population will experience it, yet most workplaces are not designed with this in mind. MillerKnoll sees a clear opportunity to influence engagement, productivity, and retention in this space.

Join Rebecca Horton, Senior Insights Strategist at MillerKnoll and contributing researcher to The Pause–Supported Workplace, for a discussion on how organisations can use workplace design and strategy to address this pivotal yet natural part of life.

Note: UK’s Employment Rights Bill (Dec 2025) addresses workplace Menopause Action Plans as part of broader gender equality efforts.

Hosted in collaboration with MillerKnoll’s Women’s Alliance Business Resource Group (BRG).

Chloe Bidos-Davis, Europe Women’s Alliance BRG lead

Maria Eastell, Global Women’s Alliance BRG lead
