Step into The Throne Room's next event; The Parlour Room, this holiday season for "A Very Queer Victorian Holiday"; an evening of history, fashion, drag, and the beautifully queer lives & loves of the 19th century. 🕯️👑Hosted by Local Historical Drag Queen, Nicki Nastasia! This time we’re travelling back to the Victorian era to uncover the queer stories hiding beneath the tinsel, tradition, and respectability of the 19th century. ✨
Come join us as Nicki teaches us about Victorian Holiday Traditions and the history of "chosen families" and the lives and loves of Queer people in the 19th century!
We invite guests to dress in their favourite victorian inspired outfits to be entered into our evening's costume contest! More info to come!!
