About this Event
Join us for a Mediterranean lunch and practical wellness session with Katya Bobova, specialist in metabolic health, gut health, chronic inflammation and sleep disorders.
This first Wellness Club will explore why weight loss can become harder over time and how metabolism, food, sleep, stress and movement can all play a part.
Rather than restrictive diets or complicated rules, Katya will share simple changes that can support better metabolic health, digestion, energy and long-term weight management.
Why attend?
If you feel like you are doing the right things but your weight, energy or digestion are not responding as they used to, this session is designed to help you understand why.
You’ll learn more about:
- Metabolism and metabolic health
- Why weight loss can become more difficult
- Anti-inflammatory nutrition and gut health
- Sleep, appetite and blood sugar
- Stress, cortisol and cravings
- Sustainable exercise
- Rainbow eating and the Mediterranean diet
- Small changes you can realistically make at home
