Shrinks on Tap Podcast is thrilled to bring the Women’s Crawl to a brand-new location: Old Town Alexandria, VA! Centered on the powerful theme of Women’s Health, this one-of-a-kind experience is proudly sponsored by Del Ray Psych & Wellness—an Alexandria women-owned holstic psychotherapy and psychological assessment group practice. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, 20% of the ticket sales + 100% of raffle sales will benefit the Breast Cancer Collective , an Alexandria based non-profit that exists to improve breast cancer survivability by expanding equitable access to screening, diagnostic care, and follow-up treatment.
The Women’s Crawl is a 5-hour immersive day retreat experience + After Dance Party featuring interactive and transformational wellness stations (intention setting and release stations), a primal scream, and a concluding dance party. Other highlights include: featured wellness busnesses, exclusive drink and food specials at each location, a welcome toast, 150 swag bags, a photo station, "glow up" accessories and giveaways, friendship bracelets, an interactive art display, and more!
A celebration of women, wellness, and community- welcoming women, trans women, nonbinary folks, and friends who want to join for a day of inner reflection and connection for a cause. Pink Wigs + gear are encouraged for participants and will be on sale at the registration booth (on Lower King next to Vola's Dockside Grill)

Immersive Transformational Stations
Intention Setting – Vola's Dockside Grill (1 PM-5PM)
Begin with a grounding check-in and set your intention for stepping into your power for this year.
Release Station – TBA (1PM-5PM)
Engage in asymbolic release ritual—letting go of what you no longer want to carry into your next chapter.
Power Pose Photo Pal Station- TBA (1-6PM)
Take a power pose photo with your frends in front of Rex on King Street.
Primal Scream & Mind–Body Coherence Station – TBA (5:00 PM)
A guided, playful scream release to shake off stress, pressure, and old narratives—followed by a heart-centered pause to regulate and reconnect. We will also announce the raffle ticket winners at the Scream.
Closing After Glow Dance Party with DJ Thunder Bunny – Cooper Mill (5:30 PM-8PM) We’ll end with music, movement, and freedom—anchoring intention, sisterhood, and celebration.
