The session opens with an acknowledgment of lineage — those who descended before you, exploring what has been carried across generations, and what energy is ready to be released. With the grounding sounds of the crystal and Tibetan sound bowls, we will explore these energetic connections to your ancestors and what no longer needs to be carried will be cleared away. You will leave feeling lighter and more grounded.
You will be gifted an ancestral candle setup — everything you need to continue this work at home and maintain a connection to your past. Open to all, no experience required.
