A lecture by Farhana Mayer on nature and creation using the metaphor of the Divine as primordial artist.
About this Event

The presentation will address creation as divine art based on Qur’anic perspectives of the natural world. It will explore how the Qur’anic emphasis on creation, including humankind, as “signs of God” and its view of humankind’s role on earth makes ecological awareness and good practices a necessary consequence.

Please note that doors will close shortly before the advertised time so we request that you arrive 15 minutes before the start time.
